As per the schedule given by Department of Education, the registration
for Pre-School session 2010-11 will be open from December 15, 2009 to December
30, 2009. You will be required to drop the confirmation to this submission
in the drop box along with a Pay Order of Rs.100/- in favour of Bal Bharati
Public School, Dwarka towards processing charges (Kindly mention ward’s
name, Father’s name and registration No. on the back of Pay Order).
Last date of depositing the Pay Order and confirmation slip is January 15,
2010. Your application will not be processed if it is not received by January
15, 2010 at 12:00 hours. |

Seats are reserved for EWS as per rules. Eligible candidates
can apply on forms available at School counter on the above mentioned
dates from 08.00 am to 10.00 am on all working days of the school.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION :
- Admission is open to Pre-School for children
who attain the age of 3+ years as on March 31st 2010.
- Since the concept of vicinity schools is gaining
acceptance, preference will be given to those children who live near
the school.
Note:
It is essential to have a valid E-mail Address before applying : all further
communication will be done on that E-mail Id. If you don't have create one and
then apply.
Parents are requested to note:
- Online registration
is open on the school website www.bbpsdwarka.org from December 15, 2009 to
December 30, 2009.
- You will be required
to drop the photocopy of the confirmation of this submission in the drop box

Dwarka towards processing charges. (kindly mention Ward’s Name, Father’s Name
and Registration number on the back of pay order).

- School will not
be responsible for the non-receipt of Confirmation sent by Post. Incomplete
or incorrect applications will be rejected.
- Do not submit
form more than once. Submitting more than once can lead to cancellation.
- Admission will
be granted subject to verification of documents. List of the provisionally
shortlisted candidates alongwith a waiting list will be put up on the school
notice board and website on February 1st 2010 at 03:00 p.m.

EWS Applicants
- Application form
for applicants belonging to EWS category is available at the school counter
from December 15th, 2009 to December 30th, 2009 between 8:00 a.m.
to 10:00 a.m. on all working days of the school
- 10 % of the seats
are reserved for economically weaker section. For admission, annual income
of the parent should be upto one lac p.a. to qualify under this category.
The parent has to submit a certificate issued by Sub-Divisional Magistrate
of the area concerned to this effect.
- Any leftover seats
out of the 5% seats reserved for staff wards will also be given to candidates
of EWS

- Attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate of
Child issued by Municipal Authority.
- Attested Photocopy of Parent(s) Voters Identity
Card / ration Card / Passport / Electricity Bill / House Tax Receipt etc.
- Recent Coloured Passport size Photograph of
the Child.
- Proof of validate Sibling Application i.e.
photocopy of latest fee slip of real brother / sister studying in BBPS, Dwarka.
- Certificate attested by Area SDM to validate
application applied under EWS Category.
- Proof of Old Student of Bal Bharati Public
School i.e. photocopy of Class XII School Leaving Certificate. (Parents)
- Proof to validate child with special needs.
- Attested photocopy of Educational Qualification
Certificates of both parent(Class X onwards).
- Schedule for verification of documents will
be put up on the notice board & website on February 1st 2010 at 03:00 p.m.
Note: Please bring all Certificates
in Original also for Verification.
