| As per the schedule given by Department of Education, the registration
for Pre-School session 2012-13 will be open from January 2, 2012 to January 16, 2012. You will
be required to drop the Confirmation Page to this submission
in the drop box along with a Pay Order/ Demand Draft of Rs.100/- in favour of 'Bal Bharati Public School, Dwarka' towards processing charges (Kindly mention Ward’s name, Father’s name, Mobile No and registration No. on the back of Pay Order/Demand Draft).
Last date of depositing the Pay Order and Confirmation
Page is January 17, 2011. Your application will not be processed if it is not received
by January 17, 2011 by 14:00 hours. |

Seats are reserved for EWS and Disadvantaged Group as per rules. Eligible candidates
can apply on forms available at school gate from January 2, 2012 to January 16, 2012 between 08.30
am to 11.00 am(only on working days of the school)

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION :
- Admission is open to Pre-School for children
who attain the age of 3+ years as on March 31st 2012.
- Transport facility is available on limited routes
only.
Note:
It is essential to have a valid E-mail Address before applying : all further
communication will be done on father's E-mail Id. If you don't have create one and
then apply.

GUILDELINES:-
1. In case seats of any category are not filled these will be allotted to General category
except in case of EWS category
2. The Seats for the General Category will be declared after alloting seats for
Staff Wards
3. 50% of seats will be allocated to boys and 50% to girls in General category
4. Selection of children will be done by draw of lots.
LIST OF SELECTED CHILDREN:
1st List and waiting List : 1st February, 2012
Last date for displaying the 2nd List (if any) : 29th February 2012
Closure of Admission process : 31st March, 2012
Parents are requested to note:
- Online registration
is open on the school website http:\\www.bbpsdwarka.org from
January 2, 2012 to January 16, 2012.
- You will be required
to drop the photocopy of the confirmation of this submission in the drop box
along with a Pay order/Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- in favour of 'Bal Bharati Public School, Dwarka' towards processing charges. (kindly mention Ward’s Name, Father’s Name, Mobile No and Registration number on the back of pay order).
- Last date of depositing
the pay-order & confirmation slip is January 17, 2012. The same will not be
processed if it is not received by January 17, 2012 by 2:00 p.m.
- School will not
be responsible for the non-receipt of Confirmation sent by Post. Incomplete
or incorrect applications will be rejected.
- Do not submit
form more than once. Submitting more than once can lead to cancellation.
- Admission will
be granted subject to verification of documents. List of the provisionally
shortlisted candidates alongwith a waiting list will be put up on the school
notice board and website on
February 1, 2012 at 03:00 p.m.
EWS Applicants & Disadvantaged Group
- Application form
for applicants belonging to EWS category is available at the school gate
from January 2nd, 2012 to January 16th, 2012 between 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on all working days of the school
- 25 % of the seats
are reserved for economically weaker section as per rules. The parent has to submit a attested copy of certificate issued by a revenue officer not below
the rank of Tehsildar or BPL Ration Card(yellow coloured) or AAY Ration Card(Pink
coloured) as proof of income of the area concerned to this effect.
- Applicants under Disadvantaged Group need to produce a Certificate issued by a
Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other Competent Authority
or Caste Certificate issued by DC Office.
Documents required at the time of admission for
verification (For General, EWS Category & Disadvantaged Group)
- Attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate of
Child issued by Municipal Authority.
- Attested Photocopy of Parent(s) Voters Identity
Card / Ration Card / Passport / Electricity Bill / MTNL telephone bill /Water bill /
House Tax Receipt etc.
- Recent Coloured Passport size Photograph of
the Child and Parents.
- Proof to validate Sibling Application i.e.
photocopy of latest fee slip of real brother / sister studying in BBPS, Dwarka.
- Attested copy of Income Certificate issued by
a revenue officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or BPL Ration Card(yellow coloured)
or AAY Ration Card(Pink coloured) shall be considered as proof of income to validate
application applied under EWS Category.
- Proof to validate child with special needs from
a Govt. Hospital/Dispensary
- Applicants under Disadvantaged Group needs to produce a Certificate issued by a Revenue
Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other Competent Authority or Caste
Certificate issued by DC Office or Medical Certificate from Govt. Hospital, in case
of Children with special needs/disabilities.
Note:
- Please bring all Certificates
in Original also for Verification.
- Schedule for verification of documents will be put up on the school
notice
board & website on February 1st 2012 at 03:00 p.m.
